It's possible, but it requires coding.
It can either be done in FiddlerScript or by writing an unlocker using FiddlerCore in C# for example.

I don't have the time to make it though so you'll need to find someone that is willing to.

It's an EAC bypass named 'Centurion', it's listed on our shop.

You can only use with Steam if you have a SSL bypass which isn't free.
Take a look at 'Centurion' on the shop if you're interested.

Otherwise you'll need to play on Epic Games instead as that doesn't require a SSL bypass.

Proxy needs to be on, click the yellow bar at the top to re-enable it.

Yes, all unlockers require a SSL bypass for Steam.

I don't get any skins, survivors or killers unlocked even though I have done it all exactly as the video is it because of the update?
I also changed the version to 7.0.0 in the market updater to match the new version but it still doesn't work

do you have decrypt https on?
Go into fiddler > tools > options > HTTPS > tick decrypt https traffic and press yes on all popups
Also make sure you have fiddler open when you launch the game
